PFMA for Windows is our primary software product. This software was originally designed for use by Professional Farm Managers to maintain accounting records and produce reports for their farm clients. It can also be used for general farm, business and personal accounting.
For nearly 30 years, PFMA for Windows has been quietly becoming the premier accounting software designed specifically for enabling the management of client farm and business records by professional farm managers. PFMA for Windows manages the accounting records for all your client farms and businesses, generating reports both at the client farm/business level as well as by individual owners. It employs an intuitive, easy to use interface for entering and managing transactions, easy setup of new clients, and multiple customizable reports.

Licensing
Initial Licensing cost is based on the number of clients the business manages, regardless of the number of users or office locations. After the first year, an Annual Maintenance fee provides continued support and free software updates and upgrades. Single User licensing is also available for personal use or a single farm/business.

System Requirements
- Windows 10 Operating System or newer
- Minimum of 8GB RAM
- Data Storage requirements vary. This depends on the number of clients, volume of transactions and how many years of data is retained. The recommended data storage is 1.5 GB per Client. So, for 100 clients the recommendation is 150 GB of free space.
